Now a days Facebook has became a Primay Method for Sending Messages inside a Office or even to Friends. The best part is that anything we chat with any friend it is saved as Facebook Messages which makes us easy to remind about the Talk. Some of the Talk / Messages or Chat is very important.

Facebook has a Facility where you can get all your Conversations or Messages and you can download and a Keep a Backup of all the Messages. 2. Click in the Small Downwaed Arrow in the top RightSide and select the Account Setting Button there.

3. Under General Setting Click on the Download a Copy of Your Facebook Data.
4. Next click on the Start my Archive.
5. Next you will recieve an Email when your backup is Complete and avilable for Download.
6. Follow the Instruction Given in the Email and your Download will br Start.

You will get a Zip File to Download.

After Download is Complete you will Find HTML version of your Data. That is the Backup data of your Facebook Datas. You can later restore it.

You can Get the Following Informations-

IP addresses( Any IP addresses stored by Facebook), Login info (A list of the logins stored), Logout info(The IP addresses from which you logged out), Pending friend requests(Friend requests you sent and friend requests you received but haven’t accepted or denied.),  Account status changes(Dates when your account was reactivated, deactivated, disabled or deleted), Poke info(Information about the pokes you’ve exchanged.) , Events info (Events you accepted, declined, and responded maybe to.), The mobile phone numbers you’ve added to your account, Your city and hometown (whatever is currently listed), The names of the family members you’ve listed on your account, Your relationship info (names and statuses), A list of the languages you’ve added to your profile, A history of any changes you’ve made to the name on your account.
