Should we use “Safely Remove Hardware” Option?

Their is a icon in the taskbar named as “Safely Remove Hardware and Eject Media“. It appears when we insert any Pendrive or any external hardware.
Is it really necessery to use this option as Eject media everytime we try to remove the Hardware. My answer is “NO” we do not require to use this option to keep our computer safe. This is because Microsoft have two Removal Policies.
They are-

 

1. Quick removal Policy- This is by default in every PC. If your PC have this setting then we do not required to use safely remove option ever.
2. Better Performance- If this is activated then you always need to use safely remove option.

I want to prove you this. Follow these steps to show your friends that why should we not need to use safely remove option.
